Sucking up the breath of society and knowledge of mankind THE LOVECRAVE vampires of Italy have released their debut CD “The Angel And The Rain” on Repo Records. THE LOVECRAVE is fronted by luscious Francesca Chiara a woman any man would love to sink their teeth into as she whispers and screams with great range. Back in 2003, THE LOVECRAVE formed with Tank Palamara guitarist singer/songwriter who worked with several bands SWISS, FOR SALE and OXIDO before lending his hand on “Il Parco dei sogni” - Francesca Chiara release on Sony Music in 1999. The two hit it off and some year’s later The LoveCrave bloodline was born.

Francesca tells us the music of THE LOVECRAVE is known as gothic vampires but not in the sense that would come to mind. Their songwriting is base around a vampire that is sucking the memories and knowledge of everyday life and incrementing it in their songs. Raindrops falling and melodic keyboards echo as the opening tune spins, “Vampires” a full-blown hit that has all the elements reaching out to multi-genres, slashing the boundaries of gothic, power metal, and rock. If TLC can get some good promotion, “The Angel And The Rain” could be a huge debut for the band and I see nothing stopping them from being a household name. “Nobody” keeps the blood flowing as Francesca has a Stevie Nicks type aura that will be imbedded for eternity and her sensual whispers and the reverb echoing of the mic is a better drug than Viagra.

The highlight track has to be “Little Suicide” which can reach global heights and has such power and hooks with the atmospheric keyboard oozing charisma. Another killer tune is “Can You Hear” which would be great song for the next ‘Van Helsing’ movie; actually, the whole CD could be a great soundtrack for any gothic vampire type movie. Tank turns it up and raises hell on “My Soul” and all I can say about Palamara he is an asset to music with songwriting and the hooks and breaks in the songs he writes. THE LOVECRAVE debut is uplifting and my hopes are that it will be noticed and fans will enjoy their music as much as I did.
