Britt Black aka Brittin Karroll is all grown up; she was a diamond in the rough but molded herself into a fine gem that is sexy as hell and that’s not all… her new solo CD is here “Blackout”. Raw vocals and hardcore alternative melodies is the backbone of Britt Black; sounding a bit like a higher class Courtney Love. Britt Black will rock you with songs like “Jet Black Heart” , “In Your Face” and “Night Time” but the song that captures my heart is “Stuck Here” which is a slower song the has some nice acoustic work and Britt’s vocals show versatility as she changes octaves. Many songs demand attention like “Speed of Light” that is just one of the videos from the new CD which you can see on the Britt Black official site.
