Official Rules
We promise that we will not rent or sell your name or email address to any mailing list company, marketer, or spammer. By entering a RockEyez.com giveaway, you will not wind up on any spam list. We guarantee it. We do not provide advertisers with access to any information that would allow them to target you specifically or indirectly.
Fill out the giveaway form completely. Only one entry per person (valid e-mail address) will be allowed. Multiple entries or entries with false information will result in a disqualification from the giveaway. Prize winners are responsible for all federal, state and local taxes. Staff or employees of Rock Eyez and their immediate families (spouse and parents, siblings and children and their spouses) are not eligible to enter. Void where prohibited or restricted by law - local and national - regarding contest. Contest open to all countries.
This is an ongoing prize giveaway and each prize will be listed on the giveaway page along with the starting and ending dates for the giveaway.
One winner will be selected in a random drawing from among all eligible entries received for that giveaway. Odds of winning depend on the total number of entries. Winner will be notified via email.
Winner will have to provide name, address, and phone number for us to deliver the prize. If winner is unreachable or the information submitted cannot be confirmed within 7 days, the prize will be forfeited in its entirety and an alternate winner will be selected. Any prize notification returned as undeliverable will be awarded to an alternate winner. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash.
Taxes are the sole responsibility of winner. All federal, state and local laws and regulations apply. It is the sole responsibility of the winner to ascertain his eligibility in compliance with laws and regulations, holding RockEyez.com harmless of any liability.
By entering the Giveaway you are authorizing RockEyez.com to publish your name and location if you are selected as a Winner; by accepting the Prize, where permitted by law, winner grants to RockEyez.com the right to use and publish his or her name for advertising and promotional purposes without additional consideration or review globally on the World Wide Web.
Further, by accepting the prize the winner releases and agrees to hold harmless RockEyez.com and its affiliates from any and all liability for any injury, loss or damage of any kind to person, including death, and property arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize, participation in any Giveaway-related activity, or participation in this Giveaway.
RockEyez.com reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to disqualify any individual it finds to be submitting multiple entries, providing any false or misleading or incomplete information, tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or Website; to be acting in violation of the Official Rules; to be acting in an inappropriate or disruptive manner, or with the intent to annoy, abuse, disparage, harass, harm, or threaten or any other person or group. In the event of a dispute as to entries submitted by multiple users with the same e-mail account, the decision of RockEyez.com is final.
RockEyez.com is not responsible for any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by Web site users, tampering, hacking or by any of the programming associated with or utilized in the Giveaway and assumes no responsibility for any error, omission, interruption, deletion, defect, delay in operation or transmission, communications line failure, theft or destruction or unauthorized access to, or tampering with, the Web site or database. If for any reason the Giveaway is not capable of running as planned by reason of legal impediments, infection by computer viruses, hacking, unauthorized intervention, fraud, technical failures, or any other causes which, in the sole opinion of RockEyez.com, corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, integrity or proper conduct of this Giveaway, RockEyez.com reserves the right at its sole discretion to cancel, terminate, modify, suspend or extend the Giveaway and/or select the winner(s) from entries received prior to the action taken.
By entering, you agree to these Official Rules and the decisions of RockEyez.com, which will be final.
