GASOLINE QUEEN, the boys that rocked the world, have just released their new self-titled demo featuring four tracks of raunchy hard-driving sleaze-metal. ”Restless” is just some good fun rock ‘n’ roll with good power chords and melody. Why is there such an abundance of good bands coming out of Europe -- especially Sweden? I guess Sweden will be considered the “New Mecca” for great music.

Gasoline Queen has the style of Backyard Babies with the attitude of The Black Crowes. All four songs could be on an AOR regular rotation list. The best track on the demo is “Gasoline Queen.” This is a true anthem for the boys. If you like good down-to-earth sleaze-metal, check these guys out.
