What’s up with the Aussies? This is the second demo in a week I have received from the land from down under. This one is from a band named, Crimsonfire who plays a haunting power metal. I am here to tell you that this band is an asset to Australia.

“The Age of Aquarius” is a song that should be heard over and over again; the haunting keyboards highlight this song. The vocals by “Lewis” are a mix of Khan from Kamelot and Bruce Dickinson of Iron Maiden. “Empire of Fear” is a heavier tune still with haunting keyboards and running guitar.

“Eternal Days” is the last track on the demo with catchy lyrics and good balance. The production is very good and the band should have no problem finding a major label deal. This is a tremendous debut demo and I can’t wait for the full length CD which should be out later this year.
